Terms and Conditions

Acceptance
By booking an appointment with The Hair Network, you accept these terms of service.


Appointments 
All appointments with The Hair Network will require a $100.00 security deposit, which will be deducted from the cost of your upcoming appointment. Deposit’s will only be refunded or transferred, when more than 48 hour’s notice is provided to reschedule or for a cancellation. We charge a 5% Surcharge on weekends.


Appointment Confirmation
All clients are issued a confirmation message three (4) days prior to their appointment. Failure to confirm 24[RD1]  hours prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled. Please note: it is an automated system and can only receive “YES” or “NO” responses, no personal messages.


Changes or Cancellation
All no-show or late cancellation appointments within 48 hours will result in 50% of the services booked (whichever is greater). This may be charged to the customers credit card or deducted from the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse booking future appointments with repeat offenders. Scheduled services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.


Late Arrivals
We run by strict appointment times. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may unable to be serviced. If so, the Changes or Cancellation policy will apply. 


Code of Conduct
Any unruley and loud clients will be asked to leave the salon and may be refused future entry at our salon. Due to the size of our space we are unable to cater for additional guests/children to attend the appointment with the only exception of feeding mothers. We ask you please notify the salon ahead of your appointment to accommodate appropriate space.


Photography Consent
During your appointment, you may be asked consent to appear in photos or videos for our social media platforms and website. If you do not consent to any photography, please let your stylist know. 


Service Guarantee
As per The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), if you are unhappy with our service or products, this must be reported within one (2) weeks of the original appointment by phone call or in person. The Hair Network will fix the service or replace the product at no charge within one (2) week of the report of the fault. Please note that in line with the ACCC regulations refunds will not be offered on services performed.


Privacy Policy
The Hair Network may collect and store your personal information in relation to your profile with our salon. This may include your name, contact information and payment details. The Hair Network will not disclose this information to third parties.
