Processing your order

Once we have received your order, you will be provided with a proof of purchase by either hard copy receipt or electronic receipt via email.

 

Shipment Processing Time

After your payment has been authorised, all orders are processed within 10 business days. We will contact you if there are any delays.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

The Hair Network currently only ships domestically, anywhere within Australia. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipment, rather than date of order. Standard shipping applies to all orders and is subject to time frames as set by the shipping company.

 

Note:

  1. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
  2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  4. We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
  5. In-store pick up dates vary based on product availability.

  

Damages and Missing Package

If there is any damage to packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at thehairnetwork@outlook.com.

 

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. The package may have been delivered or is with a neighbour. The Hair Network politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. If you are unable to locate your order please contact us at thehairnetwork@outlook.com to report missing packages.
